Client-controlled AI consent

Clients give or withdraw consent for AI support per program. Without consent, no client data is processed by AI. You stay in the lead.

Encryption

TLS in transit and field-level encryption at rest where possible.

Two-factor authentication

Required for coaches, optional for clients. Extra login protection via an authenticator app (TOTP).

Digital signing with proof

Signed agreements are recorded with a timestamp and a verifiable digital fingerprint (SHA-256), and are retained in line with statutory retention periods.
