Perhaps you feel there's more in you. Maybe you're facing an important decision, feeling stuck in familiar patterns, or simply looking for more balance, clarity, or peace of mind.
Coaching creates space to explore what truly matters to you. Rather than telling you what to do, I help you discover your own answers. Through thoughtful questions, new insights emerge. Those insights allow you to make choices that are aligned with who you are and the life you want to create.
To me, coaching is more than a good conversation. It is dedicated time for yourself.
Together, we'll explore not only where you've been, but also where you are today and where you want to go next. I ask questions that encourage you to look beyond the obvious. Often, that's where meaningful insight and lasting change begin.
I don't believe I have all the answers. I believe you already carry many of them within you. My role is to help you uncover them.
No two people are the same, so no two coaching journeys are the same.
We work at your pace, focusing on your goals and what matters most to you. In an open, supportive, and safe environment, you'll have the opportunity to reflect, grow, and take practical steps toward meaningful change.
Together we can work on areas such as:
Your coaching goals may be completely different, and that's perfectly okay. During an introductory session, we'll explore what you're looking for and whether we're a good fit.
If you're curious about what coaching could mean for you, I'd be happy to meet you for an introductory conversation.
I look forward to meeting you.

Why do things happen the way they do? What helps someone create real change? And how does that change begin?
I believe the answers are often already within us. By asking questions that guide you toward the deeper layers of yourself, new insights begin to emerge. Those insights create the space for meaningful and lasting change. Being part of that journey is what inspires me, and it is why coaching has become my passion.
My father was dyslexic. When he went to register my birth, my mother gave him a note with the names they had chosen together.
Things didn't go exactly as planned.
My middle name was officially registered as Chon instead of John, and my third given name was never registered at all.
Yet I have always been proud of my name. To me, Chon is much more than a clerical mistake. It is one of the most meaningful reminders I have of my father, who passed away when I was four years old.
When I was around eighteen, I began my spiritual journey by taking aura and chakra meditation classes with Peter Gouw at Praktijk Positief. It became a profound experience. Alongside many beautiful moments, it also brought long-buried emotions to the surface, feelings I had pushed away for years and, in some cases, had completely forgotten existed.
During one of the sessions, Peter created an aura drawing for me. Working in a trance with his eyes closed, he asked me to say my name.
I replied, "Sebastiaan Witteveen."
There was a brief silence.
"No," he said.
I was surprised. Assuming he meant my full name, I tried again.
"Sebastiaan Chon Witteveen."
Another silence.
"No."
This happened several times. Then I paused for a moment and pronounced my middle name the way it is actually spoken phonetically, not like John, but more like Gon.
After another brief silence, Peter smiled and said with complete certainty:
"Yes."
That moment gave me goosebumps.
Was it coincidence? Perhaps. Perhaps not. Whatever the explanation, it is a moment that has stayed with me ever since.
2000 - 2023. I completed the professional, NOBCO-accredited Coach Intensive program at NONONS. The program combines deep personal development with practical coaching methods and conversational techniques. It equipped me with tools that help clients gain insight, break through limiting patterns, make conscious choices, and work toward meaningful personal goals.
Windesheim - Social Work2003 - 2007. My degree in Social Work and Human Services from Windesheim University of Applied Sciences in Zwolle provided a strong foundation in structured coaching, communication, and supporting people through change. The knowledge and skills I gained continue to shape my coaching approach today: professional, empathetic, and focused on the person behind the question.
