FocusCoachee is built for coaches who handle sensitive conversations. Here is exactly how we protect that data.
Servers in the Netherlands
FocusCoachee runs on servers hosted in the Netherlands (TransIP). Your data stays within the European Union at all times.
Encryption
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES). This includes coachee names, session notes, goals, and reflections.
Two-factor authentication
TOTP-based two-factor authentication is available for all coach accounts. An extra layer of protection against unauthorized access.
No ads. No data selling.
FocusCoachee is subscription-funded. Client data is never shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
GDPR
As a coach, you are the data controller for your clients. FocusCoachee is the data processor - we only process data on your instruction and within the functionality of the platform.
Data Processing Agreement
Every coach signs a DPA before adding their first client. The agreement is versioned and always accessible from your account.
Client rights
Clients have the right to view and delete their own data at any time. They see the same information as the coach: goals, reflections, session notes, and actions.
AI features
Method suggestions and text improvements use Anthropic as a sub-processor. Anthropic is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Data is not used to train AI models. Only data explicitly selected by the coach is shared - never automatically.
