# FocusCoachee

> FocusCoachee is coaching software that connects professional coaches with their clients (coachees). It provides a structured environment for goals, sessions, reflections, actions, and progress tracking. Available in English, Spanish, Portuguese (Brazil), Dutch, Norwegian, and German.

FocusCoachee is designed for professional coaches who want to run their practice with structure and clarity. Coachees get their own workspace where they track goals, complete reflections, and follow their own progress. The platform is subscription-based for coaches; coachees always use it for free.

## For Coaches

### Getting started

Coaches create a free account on the [signup page](https://www.focuscoachee.com/signup).

Setup includes:

1. Agree to the Terms of Service and sign the Data Processing Agreement (GDPR)
2. Configure coaching methods (custom or from the standard library)
3. Optionally activate scheduling (coachees can then book sessions directly)
4. Add a coachee - they receive an automatic activation email

A coach can be live within minutes.

### Plans and pricing

- **Starter** - Free, forever. 1 active coaching program, full toolset. No credit card required.
- **Coach Plus** - €29/mo (founding price, normally €47). Up to 10 active programs, scheduling, methods library.
- **Coach Pro** - €57/mo (founding price, normally €87). Unlimited programs, advanced methods (Johari Window, PERMA, Drama Triangle, Perceptual Positions, etc.), advanced reporting.

The first 100 coaches lock in the founding price permanently.

### What coaches can do

- Define goals with scaling questions per coachee
- Plan and document sessions with linked actions
- Build and assign coaching methods
- Track progress and engagement across their practice
- Maintain a public coach profile page
- Schedule sessions with availability slots

## For Coachees (clients)

Coachees are invited by their coach and use FocusCoachee for free. In their workspace they can:

- View and track personal goals
- Complete reflections between sessions
- Manage actions and lists
- Follow their own progress over time
- Book sessions (if their coach has scheduling enabled)

Coachees cannot self-register - they are always invited by their coach.
